CHA'S THE WAY AT BAY DAY

Cha down to Canada Bay's second Bay Day.

A free festival for the whole family, Bay Day celebrates the history of tea and the way different cultures love and enjoy the world's most popular beverage.

A traditional drink for Asian and British cultures, tea - also known as cha, chai or chi - is intertwined with health, wellbeing and custom, every reason to celebrate the place tea holds within our lives.

Come along and learn, indulge, dance and listen with a great range of entertainment on stage, themed roving performers, tea leaf reading, tea tasting, tea products and tea inspired food.

Relax in the tea garden and experience the beautiful, natural parkland and bay surroundings with your friends and family.
There will also be fantastic entertainment, activities and rides for the kids, themed around the wonderful story of Beauty and the Beast. A fun day is promised for all.

Easily accessible from Concord Road, free parking is available. However, City of Canada Bay Council encourages you to walk, cycle or use public transport to travel to Bay Day where possible. McIlwaine Park is a short walk from Rhodes train station. This is a smoke-free event.

Sip and celebrate at Canada Bay's tea festival! We'll see you there.
