ABOUT THE GIANT RUGBY BALL:
• The Giant Rugby Ball is a state of the art venue measuring 25 metres long, 17 metres wide and 13 metres high and can hold up to 220 people.
• Inside the Ball, visitors will be virtually transported to New Zealand through a 10-minute 360-degree experience using multimedia and featuring visual arts, music and theatre.
• Outside the Ball, visitors will be entertained through cultural performances and kiwi character improvisers. At night New Zealand imagery will be projected onto the Ball creating a stunning impression.
WHEN: 3-12 September, 2010. Opening at 11am each day.
WHERE: Next to the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay, Sydney
HOW TO REGISTER: Public are able to visit the Ball from mid-morning each day for free – check the website New Zealand giant rugby ball website for opening times, registration and festival dates
