Information
We meet at our office in Katoomba at 9.00am and get "kitted out" with helmets and harnesses.
Its a 10 minute drive to the cliff.
We start on a 5 metre abseil which we do a couple of time. We then progess to a 15 metre abseil which again we do a couple of times, then its off to the 30 metre overhanging abseil (be prepared for one of the best abseils in the mountains)
We return to Katoomba by 12.30-1.00 O'clockish
