Mood Active's FREE 4 Week Wellbeing Workout will teach you how to get motivated to start and sustain an exercise routine, what to do when the going gets tough and how to overcome barriers, all while building confidence.
These 2 hour weekly sessions combine education and exercise and provide a taste test of Mood Active's wide range of casual classes, including Body Circuit, Core & Mobility, HIIT and Strength. Designed by a Psychologist and Master's of Coaching graduate, the program provides practical tips and tricks based on psycho-social education and adult learning techniques.
For the first time we have a specialized Youth Program for 16-18 year olds and an Adult Program for 18-65 year olds. Both programs will feature a live Mandarin translator and are designed for people who want to build an exercise routine and improve their mental health through exercise.
