Information
The Langham, Sydney celebrates the 2023 Lunar New Year with a decadent feast at Kitchens on Kent. Friends and family can ring in the year of the rabbit as Executive Chef, Stephen Lech curates a variety of interactive dining dishes to represent classic Chinese flavours with a contemporary twist. A Lion dance will be performed on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, the ancient tradition to bring good luck and drive away evil spirits for the year ahead. An adult lion dance performance will be on the 21st January at 6pm and a children’s lion dance will take place on 22nd January at 2pm
On New Years Eve and New Years Day (21st & 22nd January) we'll be serving Yu Sheng and a whole suckling pig with cinnamon baked apples from the Chef's Carvery, both synonymous with celebrations in Asian culture. From the freshest of seafood, sushi and sashimi, to succulent meats from our carvery, stir fries made to order, fresh dumplings and more. Complete your feast with a visit to our dessert station, featuring Hong Kong style egg tarts, red bean buns and Asian inspired desserts created by Anna Polyviou.
From $88 for Lunch and $108 for Dinner (Price includes soft drinks, juices, black coffee, Chatime bubble tea). *Prices subject to change on weekends and Public Holidays*
