Diners can experience dishes from Bistro Mosman’s summer menu, or explore Christmas crafted delights, including La Foie Gras Poelé, French Foie Gras with green apple, cardamom puree and gingerbread crisps and La Bombe de Noël, Mango and Coconut Bombe Alaska with fresh mango and coconut gel.
