Bach, Mozart & Brahms

Ku-ring-gai Philharmonic Orchestra presents a program of great works from the German tradition. Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No. 5 is renowned for its virtuosic solo harpsichord part, while Mozart’s Symphony No. 38 is imbued with the spirit of his operas.

Their brilliant young soloist in Reinecke’s Flute Concerto is Amily He, winner of KPO's 2025 NSW Secondary Schools Concerto Competition, and to complete the program, they perform Brahms’s majestic and richly contrapuntal Variations on a Theme of Haydn.
