Information
The AusFitness Expo is back in Sydney from the 11-13th of September, and the 2026 edition is shaping up to be the biggest yet.
Running across three days, the event brings together hundreds of athletes competing across a surprisingly broad range of disciplines: Fitness Racing, CrossFit, Strongman, Powerlifting, ICN, Street Workout, Street Lifting, and more.
New to the lineup this year is the Deadly Dozen Fitness Race, which is a must-do for anyone who enjoys the challenge of a fitness race or watching one.
Additionally, bodybuilding legends and athletes, such as Bradman Houston, Australia’s Strongest Man, Eddie Williams- The Singing Strongman, and Kwame- Natural Bodybuilder and TikTok Star, are also set to appear for exclusive workouts and Q&As throughout the weekend.
Beyond the competition floor, over 150 top-tier brands will be set up across nutrition, supplements, apparel and training gear, most running expo-only deals and handing out samples, so it's worth coming with a bag.
Whether you're there to compete, watch, or just wander and try new things, you’ll be surrounded by a high-energy crowd that lives and breathes fitness culture. Tickets and the full schedule are available atausfitnessexpo.com.au/sydney.
