Australian Lion Dance Exhibition 2026

The Australian Lion Dance Exhibition 2026 is a free community cultural event celebrating lion dance, martial arts, Chinese culture, youth development and community spirit.
Held at Hurstville Plaza, the event will bring together lion dance teams, performers, families and the wider community for a full day of cultural performances, drumming, martial arts demonstrations, food stalls and family-friendly activities.
The program will include an opening eye-dotting ceremony, traditional lion dance performances, youth showcases, martial arts displays and cultural activities throughout the day.
This event is proudly presented by Australian Yau Kung Mun and Lion Dance Kids, with a focus on preserving Chinese cultural heritage and sharing it with the Australian community.
