Grazing Boards: Farmhouse cheeses, artisan cured meats, seasonal fruit, Australian nuts, crackers and sourdough.
Finger Sandwiches: Smoked salmon with cream cheese and herbs; double-smoked ham and Swiss cheese; chicken, walnut and pesto.
Sliders: Poached chicken with feta and cucumber; Wagyu cheeseburger.
Mini Quiches: Prosciutto and leek; chorizo and semi-dried tomato.
Sausage Rolls: Wagyu beef and thyme, served with smoky tomato relish.
