Sydney Sundancer Australia Day - Evening Cruise

This 26th January, Sydney Sundancer invites you to celebrate true Aussie spirit as we gather together and share the irresistible energy of camaraderie and friendship on Australia Day!

The winner of the Australia Day Council's "Best Dressed Vessel" award twelve times, Sydney Sundancer offers both a day cruise and an evening cruise, each taking place in the centre of the action.

Evening Cruise

Our evening cruise starts at 5 pm. We will meet guests at Rose Bay Wharf and immediately depart to participate in the evening’s exciting events.

We will cruise past the Opera House and under the Harbour Bridge before joining the Parade of decorated vessels for the early-evening Working Boat Parade into Circular Quay, where thousands of onlookers will be cheering us on!

We then motor to our privileged position to watch the spectacle across the harbour at Circular Quay, which includes a spectacular fireworks display. We return to Rose Bay at around 10 pm.

We will we provide :

• Green & Gold smock with Aussie flag sewn on the front (one size fits all)
• Giant inflatable “Aussie Flag” pointing fingers
• Aussie flags to encourage response from shore-based spectators
• Aussie hats & bunting
• An opportunity to be featured on television news celebrating Australia Day

What you need to bring :
• Warm jacket for the evening cruise
• Personal paraphernalia, e.g. “stick-on” Aussie tattoos or Aussie sunglasses


BYO Food and Drinks. There will be cold soft drinks, wines and beers available for purchase onboard.
