The second annual Sydney Superhot Chilli & BBQ Festival is set to ignite the Market Canopy at Entertainment Quarter on Sunday 8th March 2026 from 12-7pm.
27 artisan chilli stalls to discover with free tastings all day in the comfort of the all-weather Market Canopy.
Roll out your picnic blanket and settle in on the grassy field adjacent to the canopy while you eat something delicious from one of our food, drink and dessert stalls - yes of course there's food for "normies" too!
Be entertained by three spicy challenges on centre stage, with live music as a backdrop to the excitement.
Bring along your home-made chilli creation to vie for first prize in the Homemade Heat Competition.
Wear your best costumes to win cash prizes: Best Adult, Best Couple, Cutest Chilli Kid, Chilli Dog (or pet).
Relax in the AfterBurn Bar for a cooling beverage or a chilli beer or chilli cocktail for a bit of extra zing.

There's a dedicated Kids Zone with animal nursery, craft activities and lots of fun to be had.
