Two of Sydney’s most respected Middle Eastern chefs are reuniting for one night only. On 22nd June, former Aalia colleagues Paul Farag and Erdi Akyol will join forces at Hamsi Taverna for an exclusive waterfront dinner at the new Sydney Fish Market. Showcasing their shared passion for bold flavours, cultural storytelling and exceptional produce, the evening will feature a bespoke multi-course menu blending contemporary Middle Eastern and Mediterranean influences, served against one of Sydney’s most spectacular harbourfront settings.
Bringing together two chefs known for their refined approach to Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, the collaboration will see Farag and Akyol present a bespoke menu designed exclusively for the evening. From 6pm, guests will experience a multi-course shared-style feast with a drink on arrival for $149 per person, alongside an optional $79 wine pairing.
