Green Square has welcomed a new all-day café, bar and gallery, with One Muse bringing Italian-inspired food, coffee, cocktails and art together under one roof.
Located in Zetland, One Muse has been designed as a neighbourhood destination that evolves throughout the day - from morning illy coffees and pastries to afternoon antipasto and cheese boards, and cocktails and wine into the evening.
Open daily from 7am to 8pm, the menu centres around elevated panini, antipasto and cheese platters, pastries and desserts, complemented by illy coffee, Italian beer, wine and a cocktail list featuring signatures including the Amalfi Muse, Muse Rosso, Milano Sunset and Dolce Vita.
Beyond the food and drink offering, art is central to the One Muse experience. The venue was created in honour of Hannah Sunito, an award-winning autistic artist whose work has been exhibited and recognised across Sydney. Today, Hannah is CEO of One Muse and is helping shape the business and its creative direction, with her artwork displayed throughout the venue.
