Chef Aman Prasad: Our Executive Chef will present a curated menu designed to elevate the complex profiles of the Robert Stein collection.
Christopher O’Connor: Director of Sales at Premium Wine Negociants. With over 30 years of industry experience, Christopher is a seasoned expert known for his deep knowledge and refined palate. He brings a lifetime of passion and insight into the regions and varietals that define the Australian wine landscape.

Robert Stein Winery is a cornerstone of the Mudgee region, blending tradition with innovation. Throughout the night, Christopher and Chef Aman will guide you through each pairing, sharing the stories behind the vine and the inspiration behind the plate.

Sample menu:
1st Course: Charred asparagus with soft-poached quail egg, chorizo sabayon and aged pecorino, paired with Robert Stein Farm Series Riesling.
2nd Course: Moreton Bay bug with Butter poached with silken seafood bisque infused with wine, paired with Robert Stein Third Generation Chardonnay.
3rd Course: Duck breast with white miso and honey lacquered duck breast broccolini, roasted pumpkin purée and finger lime caviar, paired with Robert Stein Farm Series Merlot.
4th Course: Buffalo tenderloin with roasted bone marrow, rosemary-whipped potato and Robert Stein Farm Shiraz jus, paired with Robert Stein Premium Shiraz.
5th Course: Dark Chocolate with native strawberry gum tart Macadamia praline, mascarpone cream, paired with Robert Stein Harvest Gold.
