The legendary House of Suntory – renowned for crafting some of Japan’s most iconic spirits – is taking over the award-winning Zephyr Sky Bar this winter for an exclusive seasonal collaboration. Coined ‘Suntory Time at Zephyr Sky Bar’, the partnership brings to life a brand-new cocktail collection for Sydney’s most iconic rooftop bar.

The menu showcases House of Suntory's premium Japanese whiskies, gin, and vodka across a bespoke cocktail list featuring bright, seasonal flavours including yuzu, kaffir lime, lemongrass, mango and passionfruit. Each cocktail has been thoughtfully crafted to celebrate the precision and artistry synonymous with Japanese cuisine, and complements the specially curated menu of Wagyu Tataki, Octopus Takoyaki and Pan-Seared Gyoza designed to enhance every sip and leisurely grazing above the city.

As the sun begins to set, the atmosphere transforms once again. Every Friday evening, live violin performances provide an elegant soundtrack to the experience, creating an unforgettable setting backed by incredible city skyline and Darling Harbour views.
