As temperatures rise, Hyatt Regency Sydney's Zephyr Sky Bar unveils VERÃO, a sophisticated new rooftop experience inspired by the warmth, vibrancy, and contemporary spirit of Brazil.
Transforming the iconic Darling Harbour rooftop into a Brazilian-inspired sanctuary, VERÃO brings together tropical decor, vibrant entertainment and a bespoke cocktail and dining menu celebrating the country's rich flavours and culture.
The experience features a dedicated Ketel One Caipiroska Bar, complete with freshly pressed sugarcane, alongside signature cocktails showcasing tropical flavours of açaí, passionfruit, and coconut. A curated dining menu offers Brazilian-inspired bites including Pão de Queijo, Brazil Street Tacos, El Fuego Sliders and wagyu Picanha Skewers.
A nightly sunset ritual featuring complimentary Pão de Queijo, alongside live percussionists and DJs every Friday and Saturday completes the experience, bringing a lively energy to Sydney's rooftop scene.
