Can you swim all four strokes? Why not try something completely different in the water? AquastART Come & Try is a fun, welcoming introduction to artistic swimming for children aged 6+ and adults.
Participants will learn the basics of artistic swimming, including sculling, body positions, balance and simple movements in the water. It’s a great way to build confidence, develop new skills and discover an exciting aquatic sport in a relaxed, beginner-friendly environment.
No previous artistic swimming experience is required — participants simply need to be able to swim 25m independently.
