Opera in the Pub - "Opera From A Hat"

Opera . . . in a pub? You heard right! Opera Bites brings best-loved opera hits to the relaxed atmosphere of your local pub.

Opera Bites has partnered with the Keg & Brew Hotel in Surry Hills to bring you the world’s favourite opera highlights in the relaxed environs of a great local pub.

Tickets include a 90-minute, fully costumed show, upstairs (Level 2) at The Keg & Brew. Show starts 7.30pm.
Fabulous food and drinks available for separate purchase at the venue. All day kitchen open till 10pm for pre-, mid- or post-show dining.

Opera From a Hat: Opera favourites, we've all got them! And this month we're singing yours - drawing each one from a hat so even we don't know what's next, except that every one's a favourite!

We all have favourites, operatic and otherwise - a favourite tune or character; from a cherished memory, favourite show or any other reason. Over the last couple of Opera in the Pub events, we've asked you to submit your favourites on a slip of paper. And this month we're going to draw them from a hat! That's right, we'll be singing your favourites – as nominated by you.

Early bookings are highly recommended as our Opera in the Pub events regularly sell out.

The Level 2 Function Room also has lift access. Ample street parking available (some metered and some free after 6pm). Central Station and Light Rail is a 2 minute walk away.
