The Wake Up: 8.15 am - 15 min energising stretch and meditation
The Lunch Break: 12.15 pm - 45 min yoga class
The Wind Down: 5 pm - 15 min calming stretch and relaxation
All times are Australian Eastern
WHAT YOU NEED
A yoga mat
A laptop or smartphone (you will need to download the Zoom app on your phone)
Classes are donation based. My hope is that those who are in a position to pay will support with a donation, so that we can all get our yoga fix during this tricky time.
