Run2Cure Sydney 2027

Run2Cure Sydney brings runners, walkers, families and supporters together at The Domain to raise vital funds for research into neuroblastoma, an aggressive childhood cancer.

Participants can take on a timed Half Marathon, 10km or 5km run, enjoy a non-timed 5km walk, or join the Little Heroes 1km walk. The event also features family-friendly entertainment, activities for children and a selection of food and refreshments.

Run2Cure is Neuroblastoma Australia’s largest annual fundraising event, with every step helping to fund research into better and safer treatments for children with neuroblastoma.

Whether taking on a running challenge, walking with friends or enjoying the morning with family, Run2Cure Sydney offers a meaningful way for the community to come together and help run towards a cure.
