Book Launch: Found a Fossil

Join palaeontologist Sally Hurst for the launch of Found a Fossil, a celebration of Australia’s dinosaurs, digs, and the real-world discoveries that inspired the book.

Sally will share a 30-minute talk filled with fossil finds, fieldwork stories, and a behind-the-scenes look at writing the book, followed by an audience Q&A.

After the talk, guests are invited to purchase a copy of Found a Fossil with Harry Hartog booksellers on site. Enjoy a relaxed book signing, and chat with Sally about dinosaurs, science, and the surprises hidden in Australia’s ancient past. Light refreshments will be provided, and the celebration continues with optional drinks at Ubar, where tables will be reserved for attendees who’d like to keep the evening going.
