History Along Parramatta River - Walk

Enjoy a scenic walk along both sides of the saltwater section of the river. Discover the old port and industrial area, as well as the sites of some of the grand homes and estates that once overlooked the river. The walk also includes the 1839 Boundary Marker and the Female Orphan School.

Along the way, you’ll see interesting features such as the Baludarri Wetland Reserve and the Dixon Park Lookout.

Please wear closed shoes and bring water and a hat.
