Barangaroo House Celebrates 1st Birthday

Barangaroo House is throwing a 1st birthday party so big that it’s had to devote an entire week to it. Kicking off on Friday 15 February, the popular three-level venue will be surprising and delighting guests with seven days of premium offers, giveaways, playful decorations, music, entertainment and more.

Like any great birthday, the party week will be dedicated to fun and frivolity. Guests can expect anything from balloons and disco balls to a round of free popsicles when they least expect it. Throughout the week, diners and drinkers will be in the running to win a series of impromptu prizes, be it a bonus magnum of Grey Goose vodka or a completely free meal. Anyone celebrating their birthday during the month of February is encouraged to pop by on the day to receive a complimentary frozen cocktail at House Bar. The festivities will peak with an official birthday bash on Thursday 21 February where Daft Punk tribute band, Discovery will bring “aerodynamic beats” to House Bar from 8pm and Smoke from 9pm.

Not one to do anything by halves, Barangaroo House will continue the celebrations all the way up to Sunday 31 March. Each level of the venue will be introducing a series of Long, Hot Summer food and drink specials that will keep the feel-good times flowing for the next six weeks.  

Smoke:  

The Smoke rooftop will be pumping with Sydney’s hottest DJs every Saturday and Sunday, including a revamped ‘Bubbles and Beats’ that offers a sumptuous tasting menu paired with two hours of bottomless Grey Goose cocktails for $150pp. A Grey Goose pop-up bar will also be appearing every Thursday to Sunday to serve an array of mouth-watering spritzes specially curated by Barangaroo House’s award-winning bar team.

Bea:

For the first time ever in Australia, Grey Goose’s famous martini fountain will be available for groups dining at Bea. Those popping in for lunch can also upgrade to a ‘Three Martini Lunch’ every day of the week. For just $50, guests can add three courses of Grey Goose to any meal at Bea, starting with an aperitif martini, followed by a mid-meal savoury martini and a digestif or espresso martini to finish.

House Bar:

House Bar will be keeping it cool with a series of frozen cocktails, featuring the very special Grey Goose “Le Grand Fizz” Frozé.  All frozen cocktails will be available all day, every day for just $16.
