Information
Looking for a Mother’s Day gift that feels truly special? Treat Mum to an unforgettable VIVID dining experience inside NSW Parliament House — a rare, after-hours evening celebrating NSW history, food and wine culture, and First Nations innovation in art, culture and agriculture.
Begin the night with canapés and Peterson House sparkling rosé, then take time to explore the First Nations art exhibition on the Reconciliation Wall, curated by Archibald-winning artist Blak Douglas.
Settle in for a three-course dinner showcasing NSW regional produce and native ingredients, including ingredients sourced from Parliament House’s rooftop garden, paired with Tyrrell’s Hunter Valley wines.
You’ll also hear from Clarence Slockee (Gardening Australia presenter and Director of Jiwah), who will share insights into native ingredients and the stories they carry.
To take home, guests will receive a keepsake copy of the Dining with History cookbook — a beautifully produced publication that celebrates the evolution of dining at NSW Parliament House, making it a lasting memento of this unique experience.
