Freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters, red wine mignonette

Zucchini flower – Stuffed zucchini flower with ricotta cheese and sopressata, lightly battered, Pecorino Romano trufado and honeycomb.

King prawns – Lightly cooked with preserved lemon tarragon butter, lemon verbena cheek 


Mains (Choice of) 

Tajima Sirloin MB3+ – Roasted potato, black currant jus (gf,df)


Pappardelle with Genovese pesto – Buffalo stracciatella, crispy shallots and confit garlic (ve)


John Dory fillet – Pan fried, cherry tomatoes, verjuice, aged butter, confit garlic, grilled cos lettuce heart and sea blight (gf)

Mixed salad – Butterhead mix lettuce, endive curly, chives babe parsley and rainbow radish, aged ricotta (gf,ve)

Green beans – Steamed green beans, sliced almonds, finished with fresh mint (ve,gf,df)

Dessert (To share)

Valentines Moon – A hand painted moon of house made white chocolate. Within the moon is mascarpone mousse with lemon curd insert, preserved lemon on a vanilla and almond crumb, served with hazelnut sauce.
