For one night only, our Executive Chef, Aman Prasad, take chocolate far beyond dessert, transforming it into a bold, multi-course journey where savoury meets sweet in the most unexpected ways.
Begin with vibrant, flavour-driven dishes like cocoa- and chilli-glazed prawns, before moving into deeply satisfying plates such as slow-braised lamb layered with rich cacao mole and toasted hazelnut notes. Equally compelling, our vegetarian menu offers standout creations like miso-glazed eggplant and roasted cauliflower with chocolate accents, crafted with the same level of creativity and depth.
The evening builds to a decadent finale, a warm chilli chocolate fondant, molten at its core with just the right touch of heat. Every course is elevated with expertly selected wine pairings, featuring R. Paulazzo Chardonnay, McWilliam’s 666 Pinot Noir, and more, chosen to complement and enhance each flavour profile.
