No refunds. Change of date is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled experience for a fee of $10 per order. The fee must be paid at the time of rescheduling. A gift card will be issued to be used within a 12-month period. Non-attendance and late cancellation void your order.
