As part of Exercise Kakadu, up to 30 ships from 20 nations will assemble in a powerful display of global maritime cooperation and sea power.

Kakadu - Royal Australian Navy International Fleet Review 2026
• 6:00am – 12:00pm: Ceremonial entry of ships into Sydney Harbour
• 2:00pm - 4:00pm: Review of International Navy Fleet
• 2:45pm – 3:15pm: Combined Navy and Royal Australian Air Force aerial display
• 3:45pm: Ceremonial Gun Salute

Important Note:
• All children between the ages of 4-15 years automatically receive the child menu.
• Infants 0-3yrs may travel free of charge with no food/beverage provided.
• Children under 16 years can receive the Adult Menu by booking an Adult Fare
• Discounted Child Fare is only valid with a minimum of one (1) Adult per four (4) Children. Children above this ratio are required to book an Adult Fare, and offered a choice of the Adult or Child Menu
• Should a customer book Child Fares in excess of the one (1) Adult per four (4) Children ratio, the additional children will be required to pay the difference between the Adult and Child Fare prior to boarding
• Any alcohol included is substituted for soft drinks for children under 18 years

• Smoked Salmon with lemon vinaigrette, capers, watercress, fennel & dill (GF) (DF)
• Spinach and Pumpkin Salad with beetroot, crispy Serrano ham, Greek feta, almonds, and honey mustard dressing (V available)
• Three Mushroom Ravioli with basil and parsley pesto, topped with shaved Grana Padano Parmesan (V)

Main
• Slow-Cooked Australian Beef Cheek in a red wine jus, accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes and fresh seasonal greens (GF)
• Gremolata-Rubbed Barramundi with salsa verdi, creamy potato cake, fresh seasonal greens, honeyed carrots, and fried caper berries (GF available)
• Twice-Cooked Crispy Skin Chicken with creamy potato cake, roast pumpkin, baby spinach, and honeyed carrots (GF)
• Middle-Eastern Eggplant slow-cooked and served with zucchini, roasted capsicum, polenta and marinated semi-dried tomatoes (V) (GF) (VG available)

Dessert
• Modern Lamington with shredded coconut, strawberry, and thickened cream (GF)
• Malibu and Coconut Slice served with mango coulis Lemon and Lime Tart served with strawberries and thickened cream (GF)
