Five-Course European Wine Pairing Dinner
By popular demand, we’re delighted to introduce an evening wine event hosted in the elegant surrounds of Cellos Grand Dining Room.
Led by the inimitable James Herriott, one of Australia’s most respected wine industry figures, this specially curated evening will take guests on a culinary journey through some of Europe’s most celebrated wine regions, featuring premium wines from France, Italy, Germany and Portugal, expertly paired with a five-course menu.
From Champagne and Burgundy to Barbaresco, Riesling and a 10-Year-Old Port, James will guide guests through each wine, sharing stories, insights and tasting notes, with plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion throughout the evening.
Guests will also have the opportunity to order their favourite wines on the night, with convenient delivery direct to their door.
