Designed as an accessible introduction to astrology, the session blends gentle teaching, journaling, reflection and connection. Each participant will receive a personalised booklet prepared in advance with their Sun, Moon and Rising placements, along with guided prompts to help them integrate the insights in a meaningful way.

What's included:
• Opening grounding and introduction to astrology as a tool for self understanding
• The Moon: inner world, emotions and needs. Leon how your Moon shapes your emotional landscape and needs, followed by guided journalling and reflection
• The Sun: vitality, identity and self expression. Explore how your Sun shapes your identity, self-expression and creative energy with reflective prompts to connect it to your life experiences
• The Rising: how we meet the world and are perceived. Discover how your Rising influences first impressions, and the way you move through the world.
• Bring your Sun, Moon and Rising together to understand how they interact and support one another in daily life.
• A short closing segment connected to the major astrological moment happening on this weekend: Saturn conjunct Neptune at 0° Aries. This is a once in a generation transit, bringing a huge energy shift. End with a guided reflection and meditation so you leave feeling grounded.
